- Technical Support: We provide 24/7 technical support to all our customers.. It is provided as part of the annual maintenance and covers all VoiceNG systems 24/7.
- SLA: All our products are backed up with a SLA that offers 99.99% availability. We will provide service credit to our customers in the event of an outage.
- Remote Monitoring and management: We remotely manged and service the VoiceNG systems. This includes system upgrades, network management, service restart, and 24/7 telephone support to address any issues
- Training: We also training to our customers on using the web management interface to manage the VoiceNG system.
